ACCESS ADVENTURE VOLUNTEER
Jim Carr
Since I was a little boy I have been compassionate about horses and in my teenage years I began riding. When Cathy O’Shea invited me to go to a drive camp in 2005, I found a new hobby and never looked back. Then Cathy introduced me to Michael Muir, the founder and director of Access Adventure. I enjoy working with the draft horses and the people with handicaps. I do odd jobs around the ranch; helping with fund raising and the care and training of the horses. The Access Adventure program has opened a whole new world for me. It warms my heart to help people with limited abilities get out and enjoy everything that nature has to offer. I enjoy watching their interaction with the horses and the joy that they get out of the experience. Since coming to the Access Adventure program, I have watched the program grow in leaps & bounds. I truly feel blessed to be part of such a great program. Thank you.

Jim ground drives Apollo.
